Roy Hibbert calls media motherf---ers

The Pacers send it to a Game 7 versus the Heat. The second half of Game 6 was complete and total domination by the Pacers. This shows that the Big three of Miami are only effective as a threat when the Heat have all three of their stars firing on all cylinders.w The play on the court was great by the Pacers, but the post game interview of Roy Hibbert is what's going to be talked about leading up to Game 7 on Monday. Roy responded by calling the media motherf---ers. This was the response of a man being provoked by the media. The media was provoking Hibbert by talking about him placing 10th in Defensive Player of the Year voting. The DPY voting and who won the award had nothing to do with Game 6 or the way the Pacers or Heat played. The question regarding the DPY award was a way to try and get under Hibberts skin. This worked in regards of getting him a fine. I expect the fine will be in the ballpark of $25,000. The downside for the media is that this may push Hibberts play further in Game 7. The Heat have homecourt advantage, but the Heat are not playing with the same passion right now that allowed the to win 27 straight games this season.
